SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included. Shipping and handling fees begin at $14.99. We're proud to offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $250! No promo code required.
Orders ship within 24-48hrs, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after Friday 1 PM PST will ship the following Monday.
Shipping is non-refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, or cancellations. Please verify your shipping address. Once orders are shipped we are unable to redirect packages or refund shipping.
RETURNS
The Rise Guarantee: We're positive you'll love it if you don't send it back unused within 5 days of receipt, no questions asked. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds processed back to original form of payment after the returned planner is received. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
WHOLESALE
Bulk Order Policy:
- Bulk order discounts may not be combined with any other discounts
- MOQ: 25 total units
- Selling via third party online resellers (i.e., Amazon, eBay) or retail/ in-store are not permitted

Place your wholesale order 4 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping. All domestic bulk orders are shipped with UPS Ground.
International Wholesale Orders:
Place your wholesale order 6 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping.
Special NPO Discount Bulk Order:
For all verified Non-Profit organizations, a special account will be created for you. This account will grant you 10% off all of your purchases.
